OTI (FMC Required NVOCC and Freight Forwarder Bonds)
OTI bonds as required by the Federal Maritime Commission for any entity operating as a Freight Forwarder or NVOCC.  A completed application and current financial statement is all that is required.

International Carrier Bond (Type 3)
This bond is required if your company files with the Automated Manifest System as required by the Homeland Security Department.

Continuous Customs Bonds (Type 1)
Windward Insurance provides Continuous Customs Bonds which you may offer to your clients for added service value to your customers.  Here again an additional profit center can be utilized.  Underwriters require an application form be completed for submission to Windward Insurance Services for completion.

Single Transaction Bonds (Type 1)
The Single Transaction Bond may be issued directly by your staff from a web based program.   Once monthly all transactions are downloaded from the web based program and your company is billed accordingly at the agreed upon rate.

These bonds are also available and with the completion of the application, underwriters will issue approval and rating.
